Refund applications will only be accepted during this period.

  • Daily | 07:00 – 20:00

To help speed up the refund process, customers are encouraged to download, print, and complete the Parkhurst Midibus Refund Application Form before visiting the refund centre.

If you are unable to print or complete the form beforehand, printed copies will also be available at the Rosebank Station Midibus kiosk.

How to Apply for a Refund

To apply for a refund, please visit the Gautrain Rosebank Station Midibus Kiosk during the refund period and bring one of the following:

  1. Your pre-purchased Parkhurst Midibus tickets, or
  2. If your tickets have been lost, a bank statement or proof of payment reflecting the purchase of the Parkhurst Midibus tickets. This is only valid for purchases made from 1 April 2026.

Refund Process

Complete the Refund Application Form.

Your refund application will be verified and processed.

Approved refunds will be loaded as credit onto a Gautrain card to the value of the eligible Parkhurst Midibus ticket purchases.

Please note that refund applications are subject to verification. Approved refunds will be issued as travel credit loaded onto a Gautrain card and will not be paid in cash or transferred to a bank account.
